All orders are processed and securely dispatched from our central fulfillment center in China.
1. Delivery Areas & Shipping Restrictions
Zolture currently ships to customers within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- United States: APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other remote U.S. territories.
*If your address is currently unavailable during checkout, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
2. Shipping Costs
We believe in transparent pricing. Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
- Standard Shipping: $9.00 USD for orders under $139.00 USD.
- Free Shipping: Free standard shipping for orders totaling $139.00 USD or more.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
Total delivery time consists of Order Processing Time + Transit Time.
- Processing (Handling) Time: 1–3 business days.
- Transit (Shipping) Time: 5–14 business days.
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in China. Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather delays, and other unforeseen logistical circumstances.
*During peak shopping seasons or promotional periods, shipping times may be slightly extended.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and tracking details.
- You can track your package through our tracking page or third-party tracking platforms such as 17Track.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability and packaging requirements.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- United States Orders: Product prices displayed on our website do not include possible sales taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
- Import Duties: Orders are shipped internationally from China. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees that may be charged by local authorities.
6. Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at contact@mail.zolture.com.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution based on the situation.
7. Missed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave a delivery notice. Customers may also contact the local carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
