Why is my LED panel flickering or turning off randomly?
In 99% of cases, this isn't a defect—it’s just a lack of "juice." This high-density LED panel requires a stable 5V/2A power source to illuminate properly. Standard laptop USB ports, older TV ports, or low-output power banks won't provide enough amperage, causing the screen to flash or shut down.
PRO TIP: Always use the high-output car charger included in your box, or plug it into a verified 5V/2A or 5V/3A wall adapter. Once it gets the right power, it’ll shine bright without a hitch!
Can I use this LED matrix outdoors or outside a storefront window?
The front surface of the LED panel features an IP66 epoxy coating, making it highly splash-proof and dust-resistant. However, the inline controller box and the USB plug itself are NOT waterproof.
PRO TIP: If you're using it for outdoor advertising or exposing it to weather, wrap the controller box and USB connection tightly with waterproof electrical tape and ensure they are sheltered from direct rain.

To keep the connection lightning-fast, the app processes active edits in real-time. If your phone goes into auto-sleep, locks, or switches to an incoming call before you hit "Save" or "Send," your smartphone's operating system might clear the background cache, resulting in lost unsaved work.
PRO TIP: When creating intricate custom graphics, we highly recommend temporarily adjusting your phone's screen timeout settings or hitting the "Save to Local" button every few minutes.
Will the adhesive hold up under the brutal summer heat?
Vehicle windshields can reach up to 158°F (70°C) when parked under direct sunlight, which can melt standard retail double-sided tapes. That's why we include heavy-duty, automotive-grade high-heat resistant tape with every order.
PRO TIP: For a permanent hold, prep is everything. Clean the glass thoroughly with an alcohol wipe to remove grease and dust, apply the tape firmly for 30 seconds, and let it cure for 24 hours before turning the screen on.
